Payment Methods and Invoices Follow
You can pay for your product using a credit card, purchase order, or check.
To receive tax-exempt status, your form of payment must be issued by a tax-exempt organization (e.g., school or school district).
Forms of Payment
Credit Card. You may pay with a credit card over the phone. Read more about the 4 ways to place your order.
When paying with a credit card, billing information, including the billing address, must be entered exactly as it appears on your credit card statement.
Official Purchase Order (PO). We accept official POs via fax, email, or mail. A copy of the official PO is required before we can process the order. Make sure to refer to our shipping rates and include shipping costs on your PO. If you have received a quote, please include the quote number on your PO.
Check. We accept personal or business checks by mail. Download an order form and send your check along with the completed form to ATTN: CUSTOMER SERVICE DEPT., Curriculum Associates, LLC, 153 Rangeway Road, North Billerica, MA 01862-2013.
W-9 & Tax Exempt Forms
W-9 paperwork is available upon request.
We honor tax-exempt status only when payment is issued by tax-exempt entities (e.g., school or school district). Take advantage of tax savings by purchasing through your organization rather than with personal checks or credit cards. Contact Customer Service at (800) 225-0248 with any questions about tax-exempt forms or payments.
Please email your tax-exempt form to exempt@cainc.com.
Invoices
For purchase orders, invoices are mailed directly to the billing address or emailed to the accounts payable address at the time the order ships. If you would like to receive invoices or statements via email, contact AR@cainc.com and provide the email address and the school or district name the invoices should be sent to and indicate you would like to opt in to electronic invoice delivery.
If you haven’t received your invoice, please contact Accounts Receivable at +1 (800) 225-0248 Option 3 (Accounts Receivable) or AR@cainc.com and we will be happy to provide one for you.
